Notes:
For best results, there must be buy-in from all project participants, not just the Project Team and key stakeholders, but each and every person working on the project. 
Meetings should be welcomed as an opportunity for feedback, not avoided as an annoyance that 'keeps the person from the work'.
Meetings, workshops, interviews are respectful of 'people time'. Short and sweet, recorded and analysed and reported AFTER the meeting.
The IPR fits within the normal operation of the project. Not a 'horse and pony show'.
