For best results,
there must be buy-in from all project participants, not just the
Project Team and key stakeholders, but each and every person
working on the project.
|
Meetings should be
welcomed as an opportunity for feedback, not avoided as an
annoyance that 'keeps the person from the work'.
|
Meetings,
workshops, interviews are respectful of 'people time'. Short and
sweet, recorded and analysed and reported AFTER the
meeting.
|
The IPR fits within
the normal operation of the project. Not a 'horse and pony
show'.
